Basic Fees*

$500 for the initial visit (60 to 90 minutes).​

$250 for a short follow-up visit for medication/supplement management (25 minutes).​

$500 for a long follow-up visit for medication/supplement management (50 minutes).
Please note that we do not participate in-network with any health care plans. However, we will provide you with paperwork if you choose to submit for out-of-network benefits. We do not contract with Medicaid or Medicare so we are unable to see clients with these benefits, even if they choose to pay out of pocket.
